About Connecting Math
Connecting Math is a nonprofit initiative founded in 2025 to promote joyful, accessible math education in African primary schools.
Our mission is to support schools with a supplementary digital program that includes hundreds of curriculum-aligned, interactive math activities, designed to help students build confidence and understanding through play.
The program can easily fit a school schedule requiring just one hour per week in a computer lab or on tablets.
The program was created by educators and technologists with deep experience in digital math learning. We’re beginning with a pilot in January 2026, and we’re excited to grow from there.
